Tartlets with shredded duck and crushed potatoes

Ingredients

For 2

  • 100g shredded confit duck
  • Buttered crushed potatoes
  • 4 mini tartlets
  • "Crispy" topping
  • Salt and pepper

Recipe

  • Fill each tartlet with 25g buttered crushed potatoes.
  • Add the shredded confit duck to the tartlets, and sprinkle them with "Crispy" topping
  • Season.
  • Place in a 180°C oven for 10 minutes

Line the shortcrust pastry tartlet with a spoonful of buttery mashed potato and top with shredded duck. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs, a few crunchy seeds and fried onions before flash grilling.
