Simplement Végétal 's core activity is cutting and processing fruits and vegetables: cut, cooked and seasoned vegetables (simmered, crushed, diced, vegetable tagliatelle, pan-fried, in a creamy sauce, and so on) and fruits cooked as carpaccios. Simplement Végétal also produces a new range of desserts.
Established in the Vendée region, Simplement Végétal markets its products to national and distributor brands (hyper- and supermarkets) and to catering professionals within and outside France.
